This policy covers scalerpoint.com and the services ScalerPoint LLC provides to home care agencies. It explains what is collected, why, and how to get it removed.

What we collect

We collect the details you share with us through the chat on this site, by email, by text message, or on a call: your name, agency name, work email, phone number, ZIP code, and anything else you choose to tell us.

We also collect standard technical information every web server receives, such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, and basic analytics about how the site is used.

We do not collect health information about care recipients through this website, and we ask that you do not send any.

Why we use it

• To confirm whether your service area is available and reply to your enquiry.
• To schedule and run a discovery call.
• To provide the service if you become a client, including running campaigns and handling enquiries on your behalf.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in our customer relationship management system and email. Access is limited to the people who need it to answer you or deliver the service. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share enquiries with other home care agencies. We use service providers to run the business, including hosting, CRM, email, calendar, analytics and payment processing, and they only receive what they need to provide that service.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you share your mobile number with us through the chat on this site, by text, or on a call, you agree that Scaler Point may send you text messages about your inquiry, service area availability, scheduling, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Marketing messages

If you give us your phone number or email, we may contact you about your enquiry and about the service. You can opt out of marketing at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or writing to contact@scalerpoint.com. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not stop replies about an enquiry you started.

Your choices

Write to contact@scalerpoint.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Residents of California and other states with privacy statutes have specific rights to access, delete and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
